Good service, bad communication We got our product earlier than expected, and it was in perfect condition. The price was comparable, if not a little lower, than other sites we checked. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because after receiving an invoice for the order, we never received any kind of shipping info to know when it would arrive.

Will be back for more... Not only does Luvoqa have an excellent selection of product, but their customer service is on point. I had many questions about plugs and lube, trying to select the right one, and Luvoqa answered every question, suggesting different lubes depending on the plug. More importantly, I was educated on which lubes NOT to use with certain materials. I have recommended Luvoqa to several friends and will be sure to return for my next adventure into toy land.
