GBOutstanding customer service Bought a product that failed on the second use. Customer service was outstanding. Very very quick reply and and outstanding resolution. Will definitely use them for future purchases.

GBOrder issue, but good customer service in the end Placed an order that was cancelled 8 days later due to a confirmation process that wasn't explained on the website or order email confirmation. But will give 5 stars for the specific customer service in responding to the issue. Although it took extra time and steps, the problem is being resolved. Will update again when all goes through with placing my order again. Update: Order was placed, shipped & received promptly without further issue
