Replaced parts on defect Producted recieved and worked well then it ended having an issue. I get it, sometimes things happen. I contacted support and they shipping me replacement parts that fixed my device free of charge. They made it right. Great customer service.

Order not shipped yet and no response from CS Seems to be quite common, I ordered almost 4 days ago now and it is still awaiting shipping, even tho they say they ship within 24 hours of the payment. I also emailed they're support team twice about a different problem with my order and never got a response. Hopefully I can eventually rewrite a better review cause I was excited for my machine Order #19093013001722

Helpful Got my order and my machine was missing parts. After emailing customer support and waiting a few days they were able to resolve my issue by letting me know that there was a second package I was receiving with the parts. Andy was very friendly and helpful and reassured me that the package was on its way.
