When you order from them a representative will contact you through email, this is a real person that will answer your questions and give you updates in a timely manner. You will be able to directly communicate with this same person throughout the whole process. Rosemary will do everything within reason to make you a happy and returning customer up to and including sending replacement product free of any cost to you, this is a big deal because shipping these dolls is very costly. Unfortunately I ran into a problem with my doll and they didn't hesitate to remedy the issue. These dolls are the real deal at very competitive prices. After discovering Rosemary I have realized that these folks are the best in the business and I have zero reason to shop anywhere else for dolls. Thanks Rosemary!
