Watch out for the penis pumps!!… I called in Monday 2/5 before 1pm and auto system said you were closed. I followed prompts to go to online orders and was on hold for 40 minutes even though system kept saying there were zero callers ahead of me. Totally unacceptable system!! Today they wanted to charge me a 20% restocking fee for a penis pump which almost tore my penis off at the lowest setting and didn’t release right away. Per my insistence they finally waived the restocking fee and I thought they should have provided pre paid shipping but they wouldn’t I still like this company and most of their products and I will place another order once I get my store credit!!!

bad quality i purchased an extension device from healthy&active which wasn't defective, but was designed very poorly. It would fall apart upon every attempt at use. I wrote to customer service requesting to return the item and get a refund, but they do not have a policy that allows that. I would avoid using this retailer at all costs.
