GBNot a trustworthy company in my… Not a trustworthy company in my opinion. They are very tricky with their subscription services. When I reported to them that the product had made my dog sick, they said I could not return it because they could t trust the product after it left their hands. So basically, they can sell an inferior or even harmful product and take no responsubility. . Horrible way to treat customers who are trying to care for their dogs - also why does the product make a dog vomit? Bad company…bad product.

Marianna and their customer service dept. has been quick in both response and resolution to make sure my concerns have been with addressed with the attention that any business should aspire too. GB5 star company This product is one of the only joint/mobility products that has made a noticeable difference for my dog. When given regularly, it has greatly reduced the leg shaking and has noticeably improved her comfort and mobility. I noticed a difference within a couple of weeks. I’m sticking with Wuffes because the quality shows and the difference is apparent, unlike other supplements. They also have demonstrated excellent customer service. Quick responses, friendly and helpful customer service, and quick to resolve any issues. Happy to support good companies. Thank you, Wuffes!!

GBMy credit card was hacked and when my… My credit card was hacked and when my new CC came in I immediately went to the site that handles Wuffes orders. Somehow there was a miscommunication and Wuffes kept asking for my new CC info. I told them I added the new card 3 times and they finally agreed it was done and scheduled the order and for my troubles provided a little money toward my order. It was quick follow up, especially for a Saturday.
