My credit card was hacked and when my… My credit card was hacked and when my new CC came in I immediately went to the site that handles Wuffes orders. Somehow there was a miscommunication and Wuffes kept asking for my new CC info. I told them I added the new card 3 times and they finally agreed it was done and scheduled the order and for my troubles provided a little money toward my order. It was quick follow up, especially for a Saturday.

New user… for life! We’ve been using wuffes for a little more than a month and i noticed a difference w/in the first few days. Penny has arthritis in her hands & arms making it difficult to walk or get up or down from her bed but taking 2 a day sure has helped! Price point is about as competitive as its going to get for the quality, some products w cheaper products cost more so its worth the money, plus Penny enjoys the taste so she actually eats these. Subscription is easy to manage, you can extend or stop it w/o much hassle

Not a trustworthy company in my… Not a trustworthy company in my opinion. They are very tricky with their subscription services. When I reported to them that the product had made my dog sick, they said I could not return it because they could t trust the product after it left their hands. So basically, they can sell an inferior or even harmful product and take no responsubility. . Horrible way to treat customers who are trying to care for their dogs - also why does the product make a dog vomit? Bad company…bad product.
