Poor return policy I ordered many products which came in two “shipping” envelopes. I did not open some of the individual products. However, the company would not let me return individual products that were still taped shut/never opened. I spent a lot of money. Their policy says once “shipping” envelope was open, there are no returns. I believe that is an unjust policy. This is only about profit vs customer. I’ll never buy from them again. And, tell my disappointment to anyone that will listen-any and all social media.

If I could give 0 Stars I would If I could give Jack & Jill 0 stars, I would. I purchased many items from your store and online but your lack of a return policy sucks. I paid $46 for a pair of heels that I can't wear and you wouldn't even exchange them let alone give me a refund. I will not recommend J&J to anyone after calling and getting poor customer service. Dildo boxers- 0/5 So I ordered a dildo, lube, and boxers to hold the dildo. The dildo and lube are great. The boxers however didn’t last not even 1 night. I went to put in one of my dildos into the boxers and I got the ring part halfway down the shaft of the dildo and my thumb when straight through the cloth and it went all down hill from there. I couldn’t even get the dildo out of the boxers without ripping the boxers more. By the time I got the dildo out, the boxers had to be trashed, they were beyond all repair. The disco and lube- 5/5. The boxers- 0/5. Currently looking for a replacement strap- on harness.

Good Ordering Experience Both items I ordered arrived on time, and were exactly as described. The prices were comparable to similar websites, and they had a wider selection then most. The package was labeled discretely.
