Great Service When I receive my product in the mail, the box was pretty badly mangled. My product was actually broken. Through no fault of the enhanced male though. It was obviously destroyed in shipping. I called the enhanced male company and within 10 minutes of speaking to someone I got an email saying that they are shipping me a new product and that it would be replaced at no cost to me. Everyone was very helpful and even though the product was broke i’m still giving them a five star rating for how they handled this problem.

Well I read there is a 100%… Well I read there is a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Well this is not true. While I understand their stance on health and safety. You can only get a refund if the product is unopened and unused. Well I ask myself if that the case, how would you know if its what you want and if you like It?? I was in email correspondence it them and never heard back.

The plastic cylinder cracks under… The plastic cylinder cracks under negative pressure. This was my second tube and after one (1) day it cracked the length of the tube. Wall thickness is not sufficient. Very disappointing.
