You can only get a refund if the product is unopened and unused. Well I ask myself if that the case, how would you know if its what you want and if you like It?? I was in email correspondence it them and never heard back.

They claim that there's risk free, cost free returns, but this is only true for store credits. Also many products are not actually returnable.
