Bad business I ordered a item as i got a email a few days later wanting me to buy another and place another new order to receive a discount. Who buys a item when only need one of them to begin with and turns around to do it again to get a discount for a second that you dont need. Then find out during the return process they claim to just only give you store credit or replace what your returning. Not going to refund what you paid the same way you paid them

The customer service was excellent The customer service was excellent. However the USPS care of the package was not up to par. They destroyed the product while it was in transit. The company is shipping a replacement.

Well I read there is a 100%… Well I read there is a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Well this is not true. While I understand their stance on health and safety. You can only get a refund if the product is unopened and unused. Well I ask myself if that the case, how would you know if its what you want and if you like It?? I was in email correspondence it them and never heard back.
