I was pleasantly surprised at the build… I was pleasantly surprised at the build quality of this machine....especially the fact that all of the support bars and fittings are solid steel...not hollow tubes. This gives the unit its superb weight and mass...far more important than I might have imagined since it offers a “weight mass counter force” to the extra powerful thrusting this machine is capable of. This machine has an adjustable stroke length and speed that far surpasses any requirements in my realm. It never gets tired, limp, or winded....and hardly makes a peep or squeak whilst doing its job. Update: Gets the job done...my girl was wasted after using this the very first time. Order the Intimatehoney spring attachment and the extension tube....adds versatility and comfort.

I have sent multiple messages and… I have sent multiple messages and emails requesting to cancel to my order. A representative named Cally emails be back as if she is a robot. Tells me that the order will be shipped soon. Then emails me that order has been shipped. Basically didn't pay attention to what I am exiting in the email. 0 star customer service.
