The only tool needed was a Allen wrench that was included. The machine is well made, no sliding away while working.....and super quiet! Packs away neatly into a carrying case. Easily changes position and thrust depth. From both of our perspectives as receiver and operator this was well worth the money! We are already shopping for more attachments.
