Tells me that the order will be shipped soon. Then emails me that order has been shipped. Basically didn't pay attention to what I am exiting in the email. 0 star customer service.

We ordered this on a Saturday and received it Monday. Almost instant gratification! Everything was sealed when we received it, easy to assemble took like 5 minutes. The only tool needed was a Allen wrench that was included. The machine is well made, no sliding away while working.....and super quiet! Packs away neatly into a carrying case. Easily changes position and thrust depth. From both of our perspectives as receiver and operator this was well worth the money! We are already shopping for more attachments. This is a excellent buy for any couple looking to add that extra kink in their life.
