No reply to emails when order was not completed so i asked to cancel the order. They kept 20% even though it was their fault. I asked for a refund and got the run around with them asking for photos even though i had already supplied photos of the fault. They then offered a completely different (cheaper) product as compensation. They then asked for more photos of the box it came in. Now no reply to emails at all so i have submitted a complaint to the ACCC Australian Competition and Consumer Commission. They will investigate the problem and hopefully organise a refund.
