The company delivered a low-quality… The company delivered a low-quality product, the seal was broken, that was a cause for alarm. There were yellow stains on the product and parts of the product became defective. I gave this company a second chance of another order considering the material used was different. I had no response from the company and due to the bad experience cancelled the order. Even though I had placed the previous order, the company did not take this into consideration and refunded 80% of my money. Provided no evidence the product was in production and quite simply, I would never order from this company again.

I would be very happy to put in a review and photograph once I am set up. Only one thing, I thought the doll I ordered had a black wig.....the doll I got came with a blond wig. Could you ask me to review it again in one month please.

Sex Doll Scam Company The first order was not available in Australia even though it was listed on the "In Stock Australia" page on their website. No reply to emails when order was not completed so i asked to cancel the order. They kept 20% even though it was their fault. I placed another order for a product available in Australia and asked for the 20% back with no reply at all to numerous emails. The doll arrived and was faulty. I asked for a refund and got the run around with them asking for photos even though i had already supplied photos of the fault. They then offered a completely different (cheaper) product as compensation. They then asked for more photos of the box it came in. Now no reply to emails at all so i have submitted a complaint to the ACCC Australian Competition and Consumer Commission. They will investigate the problem and hopefully organise a refund.
