worst customer service ever experienced - not serious people I have been on the site for perhaps 5 weeks, with one week of service Have tried 10+ times to re-set password and never had a response on email as promised Customer Service has been an insulting waste of time Will be seeking a refund from the credit card company - wish me luck

No one to speak to or help with posting… No one to speak to or help with posting profile pictures! I know this is important! I've tried numerous times-- photos or in my Gallery on my Android cell phone been to Verizon twice--last time said app was not working on phone--I doubt that! If I could upload profile pictues-- I would be extremely pleased with Silver Single Services and give a 5 star rating!

I just became a member and due to an unexpected problem it was fixed immediately I just became a member, however, I had an issue which was handled by one of the Reps. and was taken care of ASAP. Been on the site for just over a month… Been on the site for just over a month and have had more contact with men who are definite scammers. Many of the others are just creepy. And it seems their algorithm is broken. More contact with people thousands of kms away than local. Don't join it. Avoid this site. You're wasting your money.
