GBIt didn't take long for me to realize… It didn't take long for me to realize Silver Singles wasn't worth my time or my money. I bought a six-month membership and after my third day, I didn't like it, but I decided to give it a fair chance, so I waited until my ninth day to cancel. The customer service rep told me I had only three days to cancel and be refunded. I said, that's reasonable for a thirty-day membership, but I paid for a 180-day membership, so I should have 18 days to cancel. Silver Singles is located in Germany, and they refused to be reasonable. I wasted almost $100 on a nine-day site. I took a chance and lost miserably, I truly hated that dating site!

GBI am so angry I am so angry. When my prepaid three months is up I will NEVER renew. I put in 50 mile radius as that is the least I can do. It is sending my matches from hundreds/thousands of miles away. Completely sucks. What a major rip off. I am sure it makes their algorithms look better but I am feeling scammed and ripped off. Never ever again. I was just lonely and wanted to make friends. yeah right. If I want to drive three days.

GBThis website is not even worth 1 star This website is not even worth 1 star; Trustpilot should have a poop icon for businesses that are not worth the weight of poop they offer! You can not even respond with a simple message to ANYONE; not even customer service will allow you to send a message. You have to jump through all sorts of hoops. I should know better than not to do a full search review on this company and website. I am still trying to get a full refund. Oh yes, they all love you to pay them, but they do not want to give anything back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE—IT'S A RIP-OFF!!!!!

GBHELL NO! Once I tried to sign up - they said "OOPS... something went wrong - please try a different card". I immediately went to my bank and had already been charged twice. SO... I tried to call their customer service number. There is NO customer service. No phone, all you can do is send a request and hope for an answer. I will NOT give money to a company that does NOT provide any customer service. I'm done supporting this behavior.
