#NOT TO BE TRUSTED# #NOT TO BE TRUSTED#. This company sells fake products. I recently bought what I thought to be a Lego 'Friends Heartlake Grand Hotel'. The bookelets which came with the product is a complete copy of Lego's booklets except for the logo is missing. Unfortunately my daughter managed to open one of the small plastic bags before realising this was not the real product, and now the company is unwilling to refund our money. I truly hope Lego will go after this fraudster company!

Poor quality products Bought a toy set for my daughter. Extremely poor quality product, the packaging was poor, items completely lacking in quality compared to the pictures on the website. I would avoid.

THIS IS A SCAM!! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SITE! This does not even deserve 1 star! When I was searching for a lego set for my birthday, I found the one I was looking for: Lego friends Livi's pop star house on Toy Game Shop. It was selling for $39 and other websites were selling it for a minimum of $200. I was so excited to get it and was convincing myself it was legit. My grandad ordered this for me for my birthday a week before and the website said will arrive in 6-12 days. Even though we were ok if it didn't come on my birthday, it didn't come after 20 days of waiting. My grandad explained the hassle he had to go through to get his money back and I felt horrible because I told him the website was legit. When he was in this process, he wanted to track his order so he used a tracking site but it never showed him anything because it gave off a scam alert. I promise you this site is a waste of time and worth nothing. I learned the hard way and I bet if they had sent us the order, it would also be a scam.

worked well for us I see some people has a bad experience, but I had a very smooth one. I contacted customer service after not receiving a shipping confirmation in the specified time. They told me it had been processed but standard shipping takes many weeks. I was offered a shipping upgrade for a reasonable amount ($13), and the product arrived in three days! It will mean a lot to my son for his birthday, as I could not find this toy anywhere else for less than $200! Here it was $39.99, plus the shipping. But still, a great deal comparatively. I cannot speak to authenticity or product quality of other toys, but this one will do just fine.

swindlers Their home page toygamecenter.com doesn’t respond anymore. They took our money (about 80 euros) and sent us empty packaging. What should have been LOL dolls turned out to be LCL marked in the exact same font and pictures of LOL products on the packaging. Inside were scraps of plastic and a few small plastic doll clothes. Thieves and swindlers!
