LEGO Friends rescue lighthouse The listing sold the set as LEGOs which is untrue. It‘s a fake Chinese knock-off. The estimated delivery time was 5-12 days, it took 2 months to get delivered PLUS we had to pay international taxes in addition to the sales price. All in all an awful experience

This business sells fake pop figures This business sells fake pop figures. I bought a Naruto Sage Mode Pop Figure and it was fake. The actual figure is fake, and the packaging of the product is fake. You can even see at the top of the package that it doesn't say Shonen Jump Naruto Shippuden. These people should be ashamed of themselves for stealing from people. Avoid products coming from China!

Poor packaging ruined the order They sent me the board game I wanted for a really good price, and it arrived really quickly. But by the time it arrived the box was all squashed and wet, which didn't only greatly damage the box itself but also the content. When I filed a complaint, they sent me another free of charge. The same thing happened again, although the second was damaged less. It was nice to receive two for the price of one, as I got to give away one copy of the board game, but I had to explain the situation because otherwise it wouldn't have been appropriate to give a damaged game. They compensated well for the issue, but didn't resolve the problem.

Scam! Do not buy anything there!!! Scam!! Ordered a doll for my daughters.. What we received was obviously a fake and not matching the original product.. They do not want to reimburse, only offering to resend the same piece of crap.. Avoid at all costs!!

Poor quality products Bought a toy set for my daughter. Extremely poor quality product, the packaging was poor, items completely lacking in quality compared to the pictures on the website. I would avoid.
