It says my package was delivered but it… It says my package was delivered but it was not delivered at all!!!

I still am waiting for my first order I…8 months later I still am waiting for my first order I placed over 8 months ago they sent another one out about 2 weeks ago,still missing items very disappointed. I placed another order I completely did not receive this either.

Delivery driver did not ring the… Delivery driver did not ring the buzzer, and left the package out in the open on a city street. I had no idea the package was delivered until an email hours later. The package was gone by the time I was alerted and checked for it.

Good experience Customer service was super nice and helpful, I got help from them right away. The products are good quality, only small problem I have is the mystery glass toy as the silicone part is apparently glued onto the glass on one side of the toy and it's coming off a little bit, but it was a free gift, so I don't mind. Other than that I'm happy with my experience
