She posts explicit content where younger people can see(Instagram, Twitter) she is racist, is abusive, she's a pedophile apologist, she mocks mental illness, and lies like breathing. How this company can sponsor her YouTube videos is beyond me. She has hurt so many communities with her actions, and when Adam and Eve are questioned they ignore, or block you. Stop giving this company your money, when they support this filth!

AUUtterly useless. Like any adult who wants to buy something for themselves to enjoy, I came to Adam and Eve to buy something to satisfy my carnal desires. The site itself is easy to navigate and use, a basic layout that anyone with a simple understanding of online shopping can use with relative ease. However, that is where my positives start and abruptly end. For first, my order wasn’t delivered to my address. Because this is a pretty glaring problem, I tried to get in contact with customer service to see where my order was. For context, due to the layout of my street, I acknowledged that I worry that I might not have my order delivered to my address. My first message didn’t reach anyone (I’m not sure how); however, they did respond after my second attempt. I asked if there was any way I could personally collect my package since it did arrive in my city and sitting in some storage unit. The problem is the delivery service (DHL) was unable to drop it off at my address, a simple problem with a simple solution one might think. They responded by providing me with the local carrier tracking number, which did nothing but cause some confusion. Like they expected me to solve a problem that required them to do their job. A week later and my order still hasn’t arrived. I’ve sent a third message to customer service explaining my grievances, but I had no reply. I was on a tight schedule for I had to leave my home for a few weeks on personal matters, so it was imperative for me to have my order as soon as possible or that a solution could be found. But God has other plans for me, apparently. Frustrated that nothing was being done after I attempted to contact Adam and Eve and DHL, I requested a refund as I felt that would be the only way customer service would respond to my messages. To no one’s surprise, they responded after ten minutes. This proved to me that their true motivation is not the satisfaction of the customer but the money from their wallets. This is where the story gets frustrating. The reason they were unable to deliver my order to my address is because my address is “non-existent”. While I disagree since every other service on Earth as well as my blind grandmother can find my address with a quick Google search. For some reason, they as well as DHL were unable to find it. I pointed out that if that was true, why didn’t they contact me so I could fix the problem myself? The answer to that question was honestly amazing and it did provide some important information. It was nothing. Since they dodged my question like the plague. I wanted to call them out for their evidential error since it was pretty stupid that I wasn’t told about this. But I was determined as while I wanted my refund; I wanted my toys more. So, I asked if there was any possible way to get the products that I’d paid for. To my amusement, they just gave me my refund after I declined it since I felt this was easy to fix. Alas, no communication or anything, just a simple waving of the towel once someone called them out for their blatant incompetence. But it isn’t over, I have serious doubts that the delivery company they use is good at all. While I won’t go into much detail about DHL here (even though it is equally garbage as this service). I will say that I’ve waited at the front of my home from 6am to 11am. DHL claimed to be at my place around 9:50am, which was a lie since I was ready to bolt out if I see their car and there was no car or delivery truck at the time. However, what is the point of all of this? What is the main problem with the company? The issue is customer service and their incompetence. The staff gave me robotic none replies that almost all were one sentence long. Even if they had human names, it reads like something you’ll get out of ChatGBT. They didn’t communicate or offer any solutions to solve the problems I was having. I did most of the troubleshooting while they sat down and twiddled their thumbs without a clue in the world. I highly suggest that you shop elsewhere, for this company will only give you service that is at best insufferable or worse non-existent. Expect them to give up and do nothing when you have a problem. The only silver lining is they will give you a refund on the spot.
Let Down
GBDelivery driver did not ring the… Delivery driver did not ring the buzzer, and left the package out in the open on a city street. I had no idea the package was delivered until an email hours later. The package was gone by the time I was alerted and checked for it.
