SO DISAPPOINTED SO DISAPPOINTED. I dropped so much money on an order and followed the sizing recommendations on the website. 3 of the things I purchased wouldn’t even go up past my thighs. Another two items were such horrible quality. A third was a harness that wouldn’t fit, and I am an average sized female. Turns out their website says you can’t return due to sizing errors? What kind of bull is that!? I emailed customer service and am hoping to hear back. What a waste of money. I would not recommend this.

All of the things I purchased didn't even pretend to fit, couldn't get them above my knees. It was like they used child size patterns to create. The lingerie item isn’t even close to the image and I’m not talking about the difference between the model’s body and mine and the quality was utter garbage. Total waste of money. Turns out their website says you can’t return due to sizing errors? What kind of bull is that!? THE RETURN POLICY IS A COMPLETE JOKE! Also, all the positive reviews are either bots or employees of the company … just order something for yourself, you’ll see how unbelievable the good reviews are.

Not honouring the guarantee… I purchased a hot water tap (Hanstrom)for a client 6 months ago and it stop heating. I contacted verana after repeated attempts and spoke to someone who told me they would look into and call me back. Now Three weeks on after sending videos of a not heating unit in every possible sinario of setting and still not working I'm still having to chase them for a replacement to honour the guarantee. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Received the two harnesses I ordered… Received the two harnesses I ordered and one of them had two missing buckles and therefore it couldn’t be worn. They have the worst customer service, no responses and after 2-3 months the issue has not been resolved. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ordering from this company.

Check return policy before purchase Check the return policy before you purchase anything! I bought an item which said 'one size', but it didn't fit in any way. So, lots of money gone and no option to get a refund. Never going to buy something here again.
