This company is a scam and do not ship… This company is a scam and do not ship orders. They stole another website identity. They are located in India and are posting fake reviews. Please look up the names of all the fake reviewers and they don't exists. Unfortunately Trust Pilot allows company's to post there own reviews so trust pilot isn't legit either.

Definitely a scam Definitely a scam. Very unethical business. Never got my order. They specifically write a huge long list of ’terms’ on their site in which they attempt to set up written terms that are meant to provide themselves with legal protections so that they are not accountable for anything. Its unfortunate that no one had been able to take this business down. Hopefully some day they get sued and someone can win in court to bring them down, because they are committing fraud and stealing people’s money and getting away with it. Needless to say, don’t order from them unless you like handing over money to thieves. Any positive review you see is most likely a person in their company, because this company is a fraud.

Based in USA despite website link, nice product Product was nice, well-packaged and well-made. The ring of the collar was much larger than I thought it would be but still still nice. Need to return though because it is too small. Postage was very expensive, despite buying on lovegasm.uk the order came from the USA, meaning it will cost a small fortune to return.

Scam scam scam Scam scam scam, ordered my product over two weeks ago, sent me a phony tracking number, haven't received my product, took my money, cannot contact them as their phones are always "busy" and email address is not valid. so, do not shop here they will steal from you, and that is all, this person should be locked up for fraud, credit card fraud and petty theft on multiple account could be considered grand larceny.

I have waited for my order for 4 months, sent more than 20 emails to their customer service, and they kept asking me to wait, never received my order or money. Very very negative experience, zero customer satisfaction, and no morale they have. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
