Offered a 30% discount as if I would buy again, sent a stupid macro as an apology and pretyped for when anyone else complains about packaging

Please look up the names of all the fake reviewers and they don't exists. Unfortunately Trust Pilot allows company's to post there own reviews so trust pilot isn't legit either.

Scam scam scam Scam scam scam, ordered my product over two weeks ago, sent me a phony tracking number, haven't received my product, took my money, cannot contact them as their phones are always "busy" and email address is not valid. so, do not shop here they will steal from you, and that is all, this person should be locked up for fraud, credit card fraud and petty theft on multiple account could be considered grand larceny.
