Excellent Quality We’ve never ordered a custom puzzle before and were a bit skeptical about what kind of quality we’d get. After some research, we chose VenusPuzzle and the reviews did not let us down. We are so happy with our puzzle! The photo quality and puzzle quality are excellent! The pieces easily click together. Super happy with our purchase and would definitely buy from here again. The only thing to know is that the pieces for a 500 piece puzzle (which we ordered) are the same size as you’d expect from a 1000 piece puzzle. We were expecting the pieces to be larger. That didn’t make a difference to us, but good to know.

Amazingly fast production Amazingly fast production, submitted photo 8pm EST, received email before midnight that order is being processed, and next morning that puzzle was being shipped and Fed Ex tracking info. Only paid for standard shipping so coming from Slovakia, took several days but that was expected.

Great quality and service! I was very impressed with their customer support and the speed with which my puzzle arrived! Also very excited to see the high quality of the pieces, with a great variety of shapes (unlike cheap puzzles with only one shape of piece).
