Excited to expand my collection of… Excited to expand my collection of tabletop games, I found an online store that seemed to have a diverse selection at competitive prices. The site was easy to navigate, and I quickly placed an order for several items that caught my eye. However, the positive experience ended there. Upon arrival, one of the games was missing from the shipment, and another was damaged, with a torn box and missing pieces, making it unplayable. I immediately reached out to customer service, expecting a prompt and straightforward resolution. Instead, I was met with slow response times and a series of hoops to jump through just to address my concerns. The process to get a replacement for the damaged item was convoluted and required me to provide extensive documentation and photos. As for the missing game, it took several back-and-forth communications before they acknowledged the oversight, and even then, the solution was delayed and unsatisfactory. This ordeal has significantly dampened my enthusiasm for adding to my game collection and has made me wary of purchasing from this site again. It's disappointing when the joy of acquiring new games is overshadowed by such a negative customer service experience.

Pippd is one of my absolute favorite… Pippd is one of my absolute favorite miniature sights...great pricing, fast turnaround and shipping and a wide assortment of Reaper and D&D miniatures. If I could offer a suggestion it would be to expand to include some additional miniature lines. You all have the quality customer service down pat. Why not expand and widen your appeal. You are a great company to deal with.

A primary teacher’s dream! This is my second time ordering from Pippd, and it will be my go-to place for specialty dice! I teach kindergarten and 1st grade and am always looking for ways to game-ify learning. Having durable, re-usable materials like 10-sided dice with numerals or pips make our learning fun and engaging — and saves me prep time! My orders have arrived promptly with no issues or defects. Frustrating shipping experience Edit: Company tried to help and promised to look at how they communicate deliveries. Requires delivery confirmation of your package. While their selection and pricing are good (though no better than their competitors) it's a pain for those that work to try to track down the order at a post office. Also worth noting that their cart system is strange and it's often difficult to add multiple copies to the cart. They seem to only carry a single copy of many miniatures.
