Frustrating shipping experience Edit: Company tried to help and promised to look at how they communicate deliveries. Requires delivery confirmation of your package. While their selection and pricing are good (though no better than their competitors) it's a pain for those that work to try to track down the order at a post office. Also worth noting that their cart system is strange and it's often difficult to add multiple copies to the cart. They seem to only carry a single copy of many miniatures.

My Pippd package arrived in less time than it takes Amazon to just process a order. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to pick something up online.

Awesome Customer Service I was on a dice buying kick and submitted an order before I had the chance to put everything I had wanted to buy in my cart. I placed a second order soon after and accepted that I would have to pay the shipping cost twice. A representative reached out to me and said that they were combining the orders as they were shipping to the same address and refunded my ship cost for the second order without me asking. The dice are beautiful and they arrived a lot faster then expected. Will definitely order from here again!

Pippd, a great place to order minis. I have ordered from Pippd several times and without fail they have the best turn around. On most occasions I receive my order within two days. Materials are well packaged and I have never had anything miss packed. Prices are very competitive, shipping requirements are excellent.
