Excellent customer service and a great airbrush! I contacted Pippd a few months back about getting a Vex airbrush. Joel responded to me saying that they were out of them, but he'd keep me informed once they were back in stock. A few weeks went by and I woke up to an email in my inbox from Joel giving me a heads-up that the airbrush would be back in stock shortly. I put my order in and in 4 days, I had the airbrush.
