And their customer service is good! It's my first time ordering a personalized gift. One tip for other customers, remember to pick pictures with high resolution. And the price is reasonable. lovely idea Absolutely love the book. The graphics are so soft and my granddaughter's pic look so lovely. I cannot wait to present this for her first birthday gift and to enjoy reading it to her and seeing her expression as she recognizes herself. I am going to order more!!!

More thought an exposure Could have used better examples for each letter then was used. Like A could be Apple or an easier item for a child to relate to. You used Astronaut, which is good, however a little one does not know what an astronaut is. My grandchild is one years old. Older kids could relate. Maybe do books for various age levels so they can understand what they are seeing. My grand babies picture was cute, but could have been exposed more throughout the book an clearer as well. Just the little face on just a few pages is minimal exposure. I did like the book that is why I gave 4 star rating.

Outstanding Customer Service I have ordered personalized books from other places and they are great. However, when I ordered from Read Your Story they contacted me (twice because I didn't see the first email) to get a picture they knew would work better than the one I had sent. This meant so much to me as the book was a birthday present. It turned out amazing! The pictures were so clear and colorful and such a fun gift. I would definitely recommend Read Your Story!!!

Read Your Story not only gave solid communication, ensuring that a great and clear picture was used in the personalized book, but also showed they care. I sent multiple photos and they made sure one that would appear clearly when printed was used.
