The Best These are by far the best personalized books available. I have checked out so many over the last 5 years. They include pictures! The stories are adorable. My grandsons (3 and 5) absolutely loved them. They ranked high on their Christmas favorites gift list and that's saying a lot . Customer service is outstanding.

Poor customer communication Poor customer communication. It took days to get a reply from anyone about my order on multiple occasions. I was told one of the pictures was blurry and needed to be changed BUT my order already shipped before they sent the email! I don't know what system they use to communicate with customers, but it has to change. The books came out cute but I'm extremely disappointed that one was blurry and I wasn't given the opportunity to fix it. I probably won't use this company again.

The book is great The book is great! The grandson’s were excited and happy to see themselves in their own special book. Wasn’t sure about spending the money at first but now I’m glad I did as I see it will and has created a lasting memory for all!

Outstanding Customer Service I have ordered personalized books from other places and they are great. However, when I ordered from Read Your Story they contacted me (twice because I didn't see the first email) to get a picture they knew would work better than the one I had sent. This meant so much to me as the book was a birthday present. It turned out amazing! The pictures were so clear and colorful and such a fun gift. I would definitely recommend Read Your Story!!!
