GBI have been trying to return some of… I have been trying to return some of the products I bought as my daughter in law already has them. Very difficult to get ahold of. I followed all their instructions including taking a picture of the returns. They have not responded. The products themselves are lovely, 5 stars

GBI’m disappointed I’m disappointed. As a first time customer I was impressed with your website and quality of products. However, your packaging is downright awful! I received a filthy bubble wrapped stack of two boxes woven together. Looked like it was taped by a Kindergartner. I almost had these gifts mailed directly, and THANK GOD I didn’t!

GBVery well presented Very well presented love the product. My only complaint is on the engraving to maybe have it a different color. Name blends in to the items It’s hard to see the name.
