Shipping and "handling" charges are… Shipping and "handling" charges are MUCH too high. Handling was $5 and shipping of $8.95 was by USPS regukar mail--what a joke. Also, products were shoved into package and severely wrinkled. Then, USPS shoved them into my mailbox. Will not order again. UPDATE: Reply from Miles Kimball shows you they really don't care!
