USHORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The item I ordered was listed as being real leather, however when it was received it neither felt like real leather nor did it smell like real leather. It appears to be pleather or some other type of synthetic material and is very stiff and unyielding. I lodged a complaint, was told I can return it and hope they are sending me a postage paid return label in the mail since I do not have a printer. I was told I would be responsible for return postage but due to the fact the item is not real and was falsely advertised to be so I shouldn't have to pay to return fake merchandise. That is just another way to rip people off. Normally I am very satisfied with Miles Kimball but definitely not with this cheap item! Especially not for the price of $59.99 plus shipping & taxes!!!!!!!

USQuick service Quick service. Thought I would have to lug 20# to the post office as that was what I was told when I called to confirm. Instructions not clear. Had help from one of the maintenance men to get the ladder/step stool up to the our postal office but the lady who helped took it upon herself to question the UPS delivery and he walked her thru the process. On contacting Miles Kimball she was told that yes we could send it via UPS!

USI bought two goose outfits as gifts and… I bought two goose outfits as gifts and received in a timely matter. Somehow too many clicks resulted in signup for their premium service which charges $17.95/month. I quickly called company and had this reversed with no issue when I saw this charge on my card statement. Be careful when you click on special offers.

USBeautifully crafted metal flower stakes… Beautifully crafted metal flower stakes arrived in a timely manner and good condition. They are so nice I have saved 2 of the packages to use for possible gifts, but plan to put the tulips, daisies, and sunflowers in our front porch flower pots.
