Free shipping .. nope Offered free shipping, filled out the form but still charged for shipping. It was only a 30-day trial and I was hoping Santa or Yukon would debut in that window, because I planned to cancel before the charge period started. Don’t like the setup for the free shipping.

Buyer Be Ware!!!! So, I ordered a doll, and it was the second try to get the correct doll as advertised online and in the catalog mailer. The doll was also a direct replacement for one that was damaged. The doll came in nothing as advertised with both dolls ordered and not even close to the pictures and or the one that is being replaced. The quality is not even close to Ashton Drake quality. I am not sure what management has changed at Ashton Drake but between the Quality Assurance, the manufacturing and false advertisement this company has gone downhill. That does not even explain the arguing you have to deal with when trying to speak to customer service.

Realistic looking doll My granddaughter loved her doll. She was impressed in how real it looks. Arrived in a timely manner too.

This is not a scam I ordered from artist and ended up with no doll and she kept my money.....I like being able to know exactly how much I will pay and there is documented proof of transaction
