I reached out to the HelloReal team and explained my situation. It sounded like I just happened to get unlucky and receive a defective product. The team was able to mail be a replacement part in no time and I have been happily using the product with no issues.

I love the realistic feel I love the realistic feel of the special Walkabout golf version. It is easy to install and a pleasure to use. My scores have definitely improved using the grip-to-putt putter handle with my Quest 2.

Not compatible with the Quest 3 The attachment for the Q3 is not compatible. I tried custom set up as well and it still doesn’t track the club right. It changes the length of my clubs in the middle of my swing and shortens them in progress. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times, problem keeps happening with my golf attachment. Thanks, otherwise it is a quality product, just wish it worked

Putter has great weight and has… Putter has great weight and has improved my golf game as well as my gf’s. Only downside is the bottom part that creates the tension can move around and can’t be locked into place with the putter so it can shift and make grip to putt difficult.
