Long short Long short, HelloReal stands behind their product, even if it user error. I'm a 9 handicap and decided to try Vr over the winter to hit balls and what not. Get the weighted club, I will be at 5 handicap at the end of this year thanks to the muscle memory I have been able to develop using this attachment.

HelloReal is the REAL DEAL I ordered products from HelloReal and Knoxlabs at the same time. I received correspondence and updates from HelloReal and the product I ordered 2 days ahead of schedule. 1 week later I haven't heard a word from Knoxlabs. If you're looking for great service and great products, HelloReal far exceeds its competitors.

Excellent product and customer service Excellent product and customer service. I received my initial product and to my dismay had the product break within 5 days. I reached out to the HelloReal team and explained my situation. It sounded like I just happened to get unlucky and receive a defective product. The team was able to mail be a replacement part in no time and I have been happily using the product with no issues.

Not compatible with the Quest 3 The attachment for the Q3 is not compatible. I tried custom set up as well and it still doesn’t track the club right. It changes the length of my clubs in the middle of my swing and shortens them in progress. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times, problem keeps happening with my golf attachment. Thanks, otherwise it is a quality product, just wish it worked
