I received correspondence and updates from HelloReal and the product I ordered 2 days ahead of schedule. 1 week later I haven't heard a word from Knoxlabs. The team was able to mail be a replacement part in no time and I have been happily using the product with no issues.

HelloReal on the other hand designs and produces its own hardware, which I can literally see and feel in each of the HelloReal products I've purchased. a must get for quest 2, Garbage for quest 3 Sadly, I can’t recommend this item, the stick and handle in itself are incredible and if you plan on getting it on the quest 2 go ahead! but for every quest 3 players, the adapter for the quest 3 is badly 3D printed and could merit being molded plastic like the reste of the ensemble. The first one I received came broken in the mail and the second one just broke from tension I guess while playing. If they fix it I would give this product 5 stars with my eyes closed
