Personalized wooden piggy bank The product purchased was a thrill to the kids. It was exciting to actually see the cash Putting it together though was a bit of a challenge. It was hard to get the sides to align. I would have preferred if piggy banks were a little sturdier I was very disappointed the Wooden picture domino puzzle had to be refunded for lack of inventory.

I love the product I love the product. It would be nice if there will be an email confirmation stating that the company receives the order of the customer, just as stated on the website.

Customer service was excellent Customer service was excellent. Speedy response to issue and sent a replacement free of charge. My issue is with quality of materials. Piggy bank gets sent with instructions for assembly. Very cute, very aesthetically pleasing item. Extremely fragile and cracked/broke in multiple places when trying to put it together. I was incredibly gentle in attempting to put these piggy banks together and still cracked wood in several places.

Still waiting for my order....3+ months I also placed an order in October and heard nothing for months. Called and left a message in early January then got an email the next day my order was shipped. Still haven't received it. "Support" email gets you no response. Possibly the orders received were overwhelming but company should reach out to customers and at least give a status. Very dissappointing.

I gave 4 instead of 5 stars because I didn’t receive any communication about shipping, so I had no idea when my product was going to arrive (a little frustrating since it was a Christmas gift). When I would look up the order number, it said my order did not exist. But then it came!
