GBStill waiting for my order....3+ months I also placed an order in October and heard nothing for months. Called and left a message in early January then got an email the next day my order was shipped. Still haven't received it. "Support" email gets you no response. Possibly the orders received were overwhelming but company should reach out to customers and at least give a status. Very dissappointing.

GBMy Mother’s Day gift My Mother’s Day gift sign is absolutely beautiful. I do believe that my mother will absolutely love it however, upon opening the package, I noticed that the bottom of the sign that slides into the holder to hold it up was bent and broken so I had to glue it.

GBHorrible Experience I placed an order on January 12th and I still haven’t received any updates on my order. When I try to track it, it says no order available. I’ve sent 2 emails over the past 3 weeks regarding this issue and I haven’t heard back from anyone. I’ve even tried calling them several time and still couldn’t get ahold of anyone to help me.

GBI ordered a wooden ornament for my… I ordered a wooden ornament for my daughter’s first Christmas and an activity board. Both items came quickly and are high quality! My dog actually ended up eating one of the letters on the activity board. Through great customer service I was able to get a replacement letter. Highly recommend!
