I bought the SPINE meta quest 3 stock… I bought the SPINE meta quest 3 stock and the right controller mount broke after about an hour of moderate use. Have yet to get a response for a replacement part. *edit: they replied and said they would replace it. upping it to 4 stars for good support.

Horible customer service Horible customer service. No phone number to talk directly to anyone. I ordered a product over 2 weeks ago and still no email, no tracking number. Would highly suggest going elsewhere with better customer service.

These stocks are out of this world!! The quality of his products are amazing!! Very well built and the magnets for the controllers are top notch as well. The customer service is 5/5. If you have any questions they are very quick at responding. I HIGHLY recommend this company all the way!!

Great response time! I sent an email to them and was responded with helpful info on what I needed and when I am excited to see how well the stock works and if it is as good as I’ve heard I’ll be making a video on my YouTube to help promote it!!!
