Zero Customer Service Needed to update my order, I emailed what I needed and never received a response. There is no tracking in the Shop App so I went the customer service portal and requested an update on my order and never received a response.

Canceled an order and was told I would… Canceled an order and was told I would be refunded. Product sent, I was charged and return will cost me shipping plus 10% stocking fee. No one will tespond to my inquiries. Sham Company, lousy product.

No communication, poor quality item Several messages send via email.and whatsapp over tbe last 2 weeks regards my order and othe item queries regards fitment etc but not 1 reply. Bought the hop up and is the cheapest plastic. Go elsewhere and buy metal or more solid design
