GBZero Customer Service Needed to update my order, I emailed what I needed and never received a response. There is no tracking in the Shop App so I went the customer service portal and requested an update on my order and never received a response.

NLInsane gelblaster The gelblaster was delivered not really on time and the box was damaged. luckily the gelblaster was in good shape and shoots like crazy. Very good product!😁

GBCommunication needs work i was missing… Communication needs work i was missing items from my order and no one explained or responded that the other items are comming from china and i was not provided with a tracking number or the date that the items were shipped. This is not about the product. The product is amazing and woukd have gotten a five star review the quality is amazing. This is just about customer service. I also talked to some one on the chat to ask about my missing items i asked alot of questions and i was told chill

GBI’ve really enjoyed the gel blaster so… I’ve really enjoyed the gel blaster so far. The only thing I have a problem with, is the time it is taking for shipping to come in for the extra parts. I’ve ordered over 2 weeks ago and have not had an update on it in a week. Would also like to know if y’all will be making any full metal gel blasters in the future. I would be VERY interested!
