GBZero Customer Service Needed to update my order, I emailed what I needed and never received a response. There is no tracking in the Shop App so I went the customer service portal and requested an update on my order and never received a response.

GBEmerbutoys GEL blasters First off the gelblaster itself is fantastic, I expected nothing more than a kids toy and I'll tell you now it's no little kids toy it's a full on blaster with 30m+ range. I work at an Airsoft and paintball site and I've even used it in game against airsofters.....pmsl It took a while for it to get here 4weeks which is a little long as most things are here in 14 days from china but it was well worth the wait. I'd love to see what the split gearbox blaster can do....! So to sum up; Great products Great store Shipping could be better Can't wait to try it CQB...

GBCommunication needs work i was missing… Communication needs work i was missing items from my order and no one explained or responded that the other items are comming from china and i was not provided with a tracking number or the date that the items were shipped. MXGive them time, they know what to do I bought an m4a1 in february and didn't get the tracking code until march, but when it arrives i definetly knew why it take so long. The shipping was fast thankfullly they use airshipping and the blaster is amazing, so powerful, so pretty, and ready to kick bots
