They don't respond to my emails They don't respond to my emails. Very disappointed with the quality of few of their products and they stopped responding. Also the website was down for days a few times.

Zero Customer Service Needed to update my order, I emailed what I needed and never received a response. There is no tracking in the Shop App so I went the customer service portal and requested an update on my order and never received a response.

Give them time, they know what to do I bought an m4a1 in february and didn't get the tracking code until march, but when it arrives i definetly knew why it take so long. The shipping was fast thankfullly they use airshipping and the blaster is amazing, so powerful, so pretty, and ready to kick bots

I’ve really enjoyed the gel blaster so… I’ve really enjoyed the gel blaster so far. The only thing I have a problem with, is the time it is taking for shipping to come in for the extra parts. I’ve ordered over 2 weeks ago and have not had an update on it in a week. Would also like to know if y’all will be making any full metal gel blasters in the future. I would be VERY interested!
