I received 2 of the same pairs of shoes… I received 2 of the same pairs of shoes by mistake I believe, but trying to navigate the website to try to find out about a replacement was difficult at best. Couldn't really get to a "contact us" point. I am not sure if replacement Barbie shoes are on the way to me. The fact that this item was very inexpensive is why i am not actively pursuing the issue. Also , Covid 19 issues are causing delays at the post office, so I am being patient

Item did not arrive Well I wasn’t going to write this review, but kept getting emails to complete one. One star right now, as the package still has not arrived to its destination and it shipped over 20 days ago. I tried tracking, but since the past 2 weeks, it hadn’t been updated. Starting to think it is lost.
