I rented a My Little Pony Rainbow Dash mascot I used this place to rent one of the my little pony mascot suits. It was for a little girl's my little pony theme birthday. Her fave character from there is the Rainbow Dash and fortunately this place has that one. Costume looked really nice. The rental process was pretty straightforward. I placed the order on their website and then a little bit later I got a email back with a ups tracking number. It was delivered to my house the thursday prior to the actual party day. It was a fun safe thing to do during covid cause it doesn't require a lot of contact with outside people. It was pretty cost effective too since we got to keep the costume for the whole weekend, actually 4 days for the same price.

We hired this place to send a Cocomelon… We hired this place to send a Cocomelon party entertainer to a group of 4 year olds at a preschool party. The entertainer who arrived did a great job. Her name was Julie, she was patient and friendly with the kids and stayed extra time to take pictures even though it was kind of a warm day. The Cocomelon mascot that they use looks great, it's very clean and seems like a new model and really looks like the tv show character. She brought a bunch of games to play with the kids and it definitely kept them occupied for the entire time she was there. Good company, easy to use and very professional.

Hired an Encanto party character It's nearly impossible to find any of the Encanto characters for kids parties these days, so I was almost in a panic as my party date was getting closer. So glad I found this place, I was able to rent one of the Encanto cartoon characters Mirabel to come out to a little child's birthday party. She loved it, and it really saved the party! The costume looked great and was new and in great shape. Will definitely keep their info for the future.

Found a Snoopy Mascot Costume We were doing a little Snoopy theme event recently and someone at our office mentioned that we could maybe get an actual Snoopy character to come out. It seemed like a long shot because I've personally never seen any Snoopy mascots in person and I had absolutely no idea where to look for something like that. I did a little bit of googling and crazy enough found this place where you can actually rent out a Snoopy mascot in an adult size. How fun!! We rented it online about 2 weeks before the event, it came on time and it looked great! The adults had fun wearing it and it totally added a nice touch. Very reasonable price for how much it added to the overall event. Will definitely be using them again next time we do this.

Stay away from this company!!Shady, Rude, Condenscending Stay away from this company. Shady, unethical, rude and condenscending. Here's an sample of email received after asking a question twice: "For 178 times, I told you this before.... You are slow..." Jeff takes a deposit of more than $208 for Peppa Pig and cancels his appearance 3 DAYS before the event. I ask for a refund and he repeats himself that it is NON-Refundable. Highly recommend to stay away from this business!!!! Do you want Jeff and his staff with his unethical behavior and shady ways of doing business around your kids????
