Stay away from this company!!Shady, Rude, Condenscending Stay away from this company. Shady, unethical, rude and condenscending. Here's an sample of email received after asking a question twice: "For 178 times, I told you this before.... You are slow..." Jeff takes a deposit of more than $208 for Peppa Pig and cancels his appearance 3 DAYS before the event. I ask for a refund and he repeats himself that it is NON-Refundable. Highly recommend to stay away from this business!!!! Do you want Jeff and his staff with his unethical behavior and shady ways of doing business around your kids????

We hired a Sonic from this company We rented a Sonic costume character from this company. It was for a 4 year old boys birthday party. The character was great and the Sonic costume they sent out looked really good. He came out and brought a bunch of music and games to play with the kids. The Sonic was definitely the most like the actual movie character version of the mascot costume that I've seen. They did a good job and it was easy to arrange everything online only took a few minutes.

We hired this place to send a Cocomelon… We hired this place to send a Cocomelon party entertainer to a group of 4 year olds at a preschool party. The entertainer who arrived did a great job. Her name was Julie, she was patient and friendly with the kids and stayed extra time to take pictures even though it was kind of a warm day. The Cocomelon mascot that they use looks great, it's very clean and seems like a new model and really looks like the tv show character. She brought a bunch of games to play with the kids and it definitely kept them occupied for the entire time she was there. Good company, easy to use and very professional.

Just rented a Stitch mascot costume… Just rented a Stitch mascot costume from here. It looked really good! I was impressed that it was actually as professional as it was. I did see the pic ahead of time but still, ya never know right? But it came on time and looked exactly like the website. Was a big hit at the party and the whole process was pretty easy. Good to know there's a place out there that actually has this service, I couldn't find any other mascot rental companies online so it's cool to have a resource. We will probably rent costumes again for our 4 year old's party in December.

I rented a Skye Paw Patrol from here I found this company online in order to rent an adult sized Skye mascot costume from the Paw Patrols show. We were doing a Paw Patrols theme party and the bday girl's favorite character from there is Skye. There wasn't anyone in our area who would actually come out on the party date. And the one company we found that had Paw Patrols live characters was way too expensive. So renting the costume definitely seemed like the best option. I placed the order on their website and I was really happy with the costume that arrived. We got it on Thursday before the party date. It looked great, fit great and really looked like Skye from tv. The kids loved it especially the bday girl.
