Their packaging is also great, the shipping boxes are wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in waterproof bags. Everything I've ordered has arrived in perfect condition.

KO Millennium Falcon Ordered a KO Millennium Falcon from them at a great price. Haven't had time to put it together yet, but all the bags appear to be there. Product was also packaged well. Order shipped via sea freight and only took a bit over a month to arrive. Surprisingly tracking info gave me the cargo ship the package was on. You can actual use a website to track ships and you can use this to ensure the package is in transit even though tracking may not update for a couple of weeks.

Great site to get import figures, especially from china I was mainly using their sister site (showzstore) until I discovered they had this site. I've been using gundamit for close to 4 years I think and I have made several orders with them, and so far so good. I've not had any trouble with them or my items. The added bonus for a UK buyer is the cheapest UK shipment method is actually 'negatively' priced so it actually comes out cheaper than the listed price! In the past when I've had to contact them (about release dates) they've been responsive and friendly in their replies. They even went out of their way to contact me before they shipped a preorder made the previous year. They contacted me because the address did not match my address, and I confirmed it was a present for someone. It's nice little things like this that give the impression this company cares and is reliable. I've also bought the premium account as the loyality points you save up do balance out the cost. Bear in mind I've bought a fair bit so if you're only picking up one or two items then don't bother. You can still try it since they refund the cost of the premium account if you haven't spent a said amount in the year.
