Competitive product pricing and aftersales service I’m a UK buyer of Transformers and Joy Toy Warhammer 40K 1:18 action figures and most of my purchases are via Gundamit and their sister site, ShowZ. The latter is more TF focused and the former is tailored to actions figures. I have purchased to date over the last few years in excess of 100 items from Gundamit/ ShowZ. They are very competitive on price for the products and when it comes to shipping. They know how to protect customer orders and package them up in a way where the contents are very well protected via reinforced boxes, use of plastic box corners and waterproof covering. Of the figures I have received only two JoyToy Warhammer 40k figures required a replacement component. The aftersales communication system is very slick and Gundamit/ShowZ are quick to reply. They have presence in other social media as well should you use them. Gundamit and ShowZ are my go to companies for Masterpiece, 3rd Party Masterpiece transformers and JoyToy Warhammer 40K. I have a number of friends who buy other collective toy lines via them for the same reasons. Buy with confidence from Gundamit/ShowZ.

From Zero to Hero Update 21st November 2023 Today I received my order, a gundam building block model in an well shipped box. Super customer service and way better deals than anything else on AliExpress. I immediately placed my 4th order. Awaiting for the Ashoka ship to arrive. ##### Update 20th November 2023 Today I received an email from the customer support with a helpfull explenation and a shipping update. The order is in transit now. One of three progessing. Additionally, the shop credited me points for the inconveniance. I updated my rating from 1 to 3. The fact, that things are moving after a rating, could be coincidence. However, still waiting for the two others. When they will ship, I do definately agree with the 5 stars Trustworthy reviews. I will keep you updated ###### Ordered on 16. Sept. Shipment notification was quite quick. Now, two months later 16. Nov. allegedly still status package received at the shipment company and zero movement. So I doubt that has been shipped for real. The same is happening for my second order and I was stupid enough to do a third order in trusting gundamit. I am wondering if the reviews here are real.
