Love my Kentucky Derby cups!! This was my first purchase from this company. I received my box and it ended up being someone else’s order. I called the number on my invoice immediately. This company not only rushed my original order to me they upgraded it for free! I will definitely be ordering more from Oriental Trading Co.

Excelllent Customer Service I was given the wrong item and got in touch with customer service. They immediately responded and were willing to send the item I ordered. I got it quick! They have worked with me a great deal with other items and I appreciate it. I will purchase more items from this company.

When I received my order I was missing… When I received my order I was missing an item and received one that I hadn't ordered. Customer service was a 10 out of 10 was able to get me what I needed in time for my event

Wonderful Company The items were well packaged and arrived in great condition. I am a teacher and I like ordering from Oriental Trading Company, since they have cool toys for my prize boxes.

Bulletin board sets I ordered 5 different bulletin board sets. Each set was exactly as advertised. The colors were bright with no bleeding. The cardboard was a little thin, but I plan on laminating them. I cut them out. All the perforations were perfect and there wasn't any tearing of the pieces. I will definitely look for new sets from Oriental Trading as I have a need for them.
