They keep saying oh you need to call you need to contact the accountant department. send this to orders at Oriental and put me through a lot of loopholes just to get the funds back and since it was only pending authorization, Paypal couldn’t be contacted to reverse the charge, but I did reach out to them and they said the company had to manually do it because the company didn’t release the funds to do it and get it removed there is a lot of quality issues defective items and junk mail being in the package whine voucher burial stuff and all no one answers emails terrible never using them again
