Grandson loves his dog! Gillie was fantastic to work with. She was very patient and responsive to all correspondence. The finished product was really great and looked like our Jack Frost. The only thing I would change is the fur material. My daughter and grandson mentioned that the fur is nor very soft and Jack's fur was soft. Overall, I would recommend Plushapet. Perfect Plush Pet Plush-A-Pet worked with my reference pictures to re create my shih-tzu in plush form.
