Grandson loves his dog! Gillie was fantastic to work with. She was very patient and responsive to all correspondence. The finished product was really great and looked like our Jack Frost. The only thing I would change is the fur material. My daughter and grandson mentioned that the fur is nor very soft and Jack's fur was soft. Overall, I would recommend Plushapet. Ok so I’m updating my previous review… Ok so I’m updating my previous review because I did receive my shipment this afternoon and I am enamored by the replica of my precious Scrappy who passed away a few years ago. Great job! The tracking number given me never did work which is what caused anxiety along with the fact that I could not seem to get an appropriate answer regarding the status of the shipment… but all is well now!

If anyone is hesitant to go through… If anyone is hesitant to go through this company, don't be! I 'took a chance' because I noticed this company was much cheaper than its competitors for customized stuff animals. They did a wonderful job. It took about 6-8 weeks from start to finish to get my stuff animal, but well worth it. They asked for a bunch of pictures of my dog from different angles to make sure they customized it correctly. Before shipping it out they will send you pictures to confirm you like it or if there are changes to be done. Would buy from them again!
