Grandson loves his dog! Gillie was fantastic to work with. She was very patient and responsive to all correspondence. The finished product was really great and looked like our Jack Frost. The only thing I would change is the fur material. My daughter and grandson mentioned that the fur is nor very soft and Jack's fur was soft. Overall, I would recommend Plushapet. Great job! The tracking number given me never did work which is what caused anxiety along with the fact that I could not seem to get an appropriate answer regarding the status of the shipment… but all is well now!

Perfect Plush Pet Plush-A-Pet worked with my reference pictures to re create my shih-tzu in plush form. Their attention to detail is outstanding and they were able to replicate the pink in his face and his two different colored eyes. The final toy is very well made and very true to the breeds appearance.
