Awesome overall experience Awesome overall experience. Our stuffed animal looks just like our dog!!! After placing the order it took a few weeks for them to start working on it but once they did they were awesome about keeping me informed every step of the way. I would definitely order from them again.

Grandson loves his dog! Gillie was fantastic to work with. She was very patient and responsive to all correspondence. The finished product was really great and looked like our Jack Frost. The only thing I would change is the fur material. My daughter and grandson mentioned that the fur is nor very soft and Jack's fur was soft. Overall, I would recommend Plushapet. Doesn’t look like our cat. I didn’t feel the plush version looked like our cat. I was pretty specific about 4 things and only one of those things was incorporated. The eyes were too small, the head was too big, and the coloring was too dark. I didn’t know about the coloring until we got it because the lighting in the review photo made it look lighter. I did ask to fix the eyes but after waiting for the fixes, I didn’t see any difference and by then I just needed the gift. My daughter did say she liked it, so one of us was happy.
