Overall, a great experience Communication was a little lacking at the beginning, but the work done is amazing. Our dog truly believes that the plush is real as he keeps barking at it. Really recommend to pet lovers!

Doesn’t look like our cat. I didn’t feel the plush version looked like our cat. I was pretty specific about 4 things and only one of those things was incorporated. The eyes were too small, the head was too big, and the coloring was too dark. I didn’t know about the coloring until we got it because the lighting in the review photo made it look lighter. I did ask to fix the eyes but after waiting for the fixes, I didn’t see any difference and by then I just needed the gift. My daughter did say she liked it, so one of us was happy.

Super Realistic Clone But Lacked Communication I ordered a clone as a birthday gift for my sister who loves my dog. I saw many reviews talking about how responsive and informant they are with the process. I didn't receive any updates about the production/review for the clone. I ended up receiving it in the mail by surprise since I didn't know they finished it. The end product was incredibly realistic and similar to my dog so that was a pleasant surprise. I just wish that I was informed for review.

BEWARE, BEWARE, ITS A SCAM!! BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE. I think this is a SCAM!!! Gillie was designing my order but she has now disappeared and will not respond to me. I have contacted Jamie at custom stuffed animals.com and also tan corp manufacturing (as I have been told that is where Gillie should be contacted but not had any replies), as they all appear to be the same company!! I have paid in full for the toy and also delivery costs but have received nothing. This outfit is an utter waste of time and money. COMPLETE DISGRACE!!!

If anyone is hesitant to go through… If anyone is hesitant to go through this company, don't be! I 'took a chance' because I noticed this company was much cheaper than its competitors for customized stuff animals. They did a wonderful job. It took about 6-8 weeks from start to finish to get my stuff animal, but well worth it. They asked for a bunch of pictures of my dog from different angles to make sure they customized it correctly. Before shipping it out they will send you pictures to confirm you like it or if there are changes to be done. Would buy from them again!
