Grandson loves his dog! Gillie was fantastic to work with. She was very patient and responsive to all correspondence. The finished product was really great and looked like our Jack Frost. The only thing I would change is the fur material. My daughter and grandson mentioned that the fur is nor very soft and Jack's fur was soft. Overall, I would recommend Plushapet. You won't be disappointed. Thank you.

A wonderful experience from start to finish A wonderful experience. Our kitty was made perfect. Communication was great. A grieving family has a reminder of our beautiful cat. They worked with us throughout the process of making our big love Buster as close as possible to the likeness of him, to include the color of his eyes! He was blue merle in color, not an easy color to replicate but they did a fantastic job in doing so! The customer service was excellent!! Thanks so much!!

The great doll manufacturer At first, I was really worried about being deceived. After all, it's not a Taiwanese company, and the prices are not cheap either. I felt more reassured only when the seller showed me the finished product. Upon first seeing the doll, I noticed some areas that needed corrections, but I appreciate the manufacturer for promptly modifying them and turning the product into a satisfactory one. I appreciate the doll manufacturing company for being willing to customize the product.

Doesn’t look like our cat. I didn’t feel the plush version looked like our cat. I was pretty specific about 4 things and only one of those things was incorporated. The eyes were too small, the head was too big, and the coloring was too dark. I didn’t know about the coloring until we got it because the lighting in the review photo made it look lighter. I did ask to fix the eyes but after waiting for the fixes, I didn’t see any difference and by then I just needed the gift. My daughter did say she liked it, so one of us was happy.
