Overall, a great experience Communication was a little lacking at the beginning, but the work done is amazing. Our dog truly believes that the plush is real as he keeps barking at it. Really recommend to pet lovers!

Perfect Plush Pet Plush-A-Pet worked with my reference pictures to re create my shih-tzu in plush form. Their attention to detail is outstanding and they were able to replicate the pink in his face and his two different colored eyes. The final toy is very well made and very true to the breeds appearance.

Grandson loves his dog! Gillie was fantastic to work with. She was very patient and responsive to all correspondence. The finished product was really great and looked like our Jack Frost. The only thing I would change is the fur material. My daughter and grandson mentioned that the fur is nor very soft and Jack's fur was soft. Overall, I would recommend Plushapet. If anyone is hesitant to go through… If anyone is hesitant to go through this company, don't be! I 'took a chance' because I noticed this company was much cheaper than its competitors for customized stuff animals. They did a wonderful job. It took about 6-8 weeks from start to finish to get my stuff animal, but well worth it. They asked for a bunch of pictures of my dog from different angles to make sure they customized it correctly. Before shipping it out they will send you pictures to confirm you like it or if there are changes to be done. Would buy from them again!
