They worked with us throughout the process of making our big love Buster as close as possible to the likeness of him, to include the color of his eyes! The great doll manufacturer At first, I was really worried about being deceived. After all, it's not a Taiwanese company, and the prices are not cheap either. I felt more reassured only when the seller showed me the finished product. Upon first seeing the doll, I noticed some areas that needed corrections, but I appreciate the manufacturer for promptly modifying them and turning the product into a satisfactory one. I appreciate the doll manufacturing company for being willing to customize the product.

Overall, a great experience Communication was a little lacking at the beginning, but the work done is amazing. Our dog truly believes that the plush is real as he keeps barking at it. Really recommend to pet lovers!

Ok so I’m updating my previous review… Ok so I’m updating my previous review because I did receive my shipment this afternoon and I am enamored by the replica of my precious Scrappy who passed away a few years ago. Great job! The tracking number given me never did work which is what caused anxiety along with the fact that I could not seem to get an appropriate answer regarding the status of the shipment… but all is well now!
