If anyone is hesitant to go through… If anyone is hesitant to go through this company, don't be! I 'took a chance' because I noticed this company was much cheaper than its competitors for customized stuff animals. They did a wonderful job. It took about 6-8 weeks from start to finish to get my stuff animal, but well worth it. They asked for a bunch of pictures of my dog from different angles to make sure they customized it correctly. Before shipping it out they will send you pictures to confirm you like it or if there are changes to be done. Would buy from them again!

After placing the order it took a few weeks for them to start working on it but once they did they were awesome about keeping me informed every step of the way.
