Great job! The tracking number given me never did work which is what caused anxiety along with the fact that I could not seem to get an appropriate answer regarding the status of the shipment… but all is well now!

I felt more reassured only when the seller showed me the finished product. Upon first seeing the doll, I noticed some areas that needed corrections, but I appreciate the manufacturer for promptly modifying them and turning the product into a satisfactory one. I appreciate the doll manufacturing company for being willing to customize the product.

Grandson loves his dog! Gillie was fantastic to work with. She was very patient and responsive to all correspondence. The finished product was really great and looked like our Jack Frost. The only thing I would change is the fur material. My daughter and grandson mentioned that the fur is nor very soft and Jack's fur was soft. Overall, I would recommend Plushapet.
