Grandson loves his dog! Gillie was fantastic to work with. She was very patient and responsive to all correspondence. The finished product was really great and looked like our Jack Frost. The only thing I would change is the fur material. My daughter and grandson mentioned that the fur is nor very soft and Jack's fur was soft. Overall, I would recommend Plushapet. The great doll manufacturer At first, I was really worried about being deceived. After all, it's not a Taiwanese company, and the prices are not cheap either. I felt more reassured only when the seller showed me the finished product. Upon first seeing the doll, I noticed some areas that needed corrections, but I appreciate the manufacturer for promptly modifying them and turning the product into a satisfactory one.
