Great service, even when we had a small problem I ordered a crib for my grandchild and we were excited when the delivery came with people who set the crib up for us. I was surprised when I went to visit and the crib, although perfectly sturdy, had the crib sides on backwards (you could tell by the stickers.) I called customer service, and they promptly took care of the problem and sent a delivery crew back to the house to correct the issue. Additionally, they did something nice for the family for the hassle of having to be home for the service call. Nothing but the best service from this place!

They let us know what was going on… They let us know what was going on every step of the way while we were waiting on our furniture to arrive. The folks that scheduled the deliveries were very polite and professional. Scheduling the deliveries was easy and they showed up when they said they would. I would recommend them to everyone! Fantastic Experience I went in to day to ask questions about gliders, strollers and car seats. I chose to drive to their Paramus location because I follow the company on IG and that looked like the biggest store with the most options to try out and see how we liked them. I was amazed at how awesome the customer service was. We asked a lot of questions and the owner directed us to the right options for our lifestyle and needs. They also weren't pushy about insisting we buy today, they allowed us to take down production information so we can compare our options. It was a class in baby needs. We will definitely be purchasing from them and look forward to going back for the rest of our baby furniture needs.
