Excellent company and product. Excellent sales support and customer service. Dresser arrived ahead of schedule, approx. 2-1/2 weeks earlier than the competitors. UPS delivered the large package to my front door. Excellent heavy duty packaging. Minimal assembly was required (less than 15 minutes). Construction and furniture finish is second to none. I highly recommend the Bambi Bayby Store for furniture needs.

We ordered from bambi baby and we…are so happy! We ordered from bambi baby and we couldn't be more happier with our experience. It said we would receive our shipment in 6-8 weeks. It arrived in 2 weeks!!!! We love our baby set. We will recommend this website to anyone who is looking for reasonably priced baby furniture!!!

They let us know what was going on… They let us know what was going on every step of the way while we were waiting on our furniture to arrive. The folks that scheduled the deliveries were very polite and professional. Scheduling the deliveries was easy and they showed up when they said they would. I would recommend them to everyone! Absolutely horrible customer service… Absolutely horrible customer service with zero compassion for the babies who use their products. Don’t buy from them! They don’t resolve their issues!
