UPS delivered the large package to my front door. Excellent heavy duty packaging. Minimal assembly was required (less than 15 minutes). Construction and furniture finish is second to none. Great service, even when we had a small problem I ordered a crib for my grandchild and we were excited when the delivery came with people who set the crib up for us. I was surprised when I went to visit and the crib, although perfectly sturdy, had the crib sides on backwards (you could tell by the stickers.) I called customer service, and they promptly took care of the problem and sent a delivery crew back to the house to correct the issue. Additionally, they did something nice for the family for the hassle of having to be home for the service call. Nothing but the best service from this place!

Be Prepared to Wait - 17 weeks for order to arrive We ordered a crib, toddler gate, and nightstand in mid-April. Were told we would receive it in 10-12 weeks. It took over 17 weeks, which as a new parent, was extremely frustrating as it came 2 weeks after the baby was born. I called 3 times about it, and each time was assured the order was "on its way." The people on the phone were quite nice, but it should not have taken this long. Fairly disappointed after spending over $3k for high-quality materials; it should have been a better experience.

Furniture itself of great quality at a great price. Most items pre-assembled, but what required assembly was easily performed.
