GBGreat customer service experience! I ordered a crib (and other peices of furniture that we fine) for my future grand baby and somehow the headboard of the crib was damaged during shipping. When I called BAMBI BABY I spoke with Joann Tassello who was super efficient in helping me with a replacement! She was amazing, what great customer service!! I received a replacement right away and it was perfect! I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again :)

GBWe Love Bambi Babi! The process of buying our baby furniture could not have been easier! The staff is very friendly and helpful, from the original sale, to the delivery. The furniture came in early and Bambi Baby held onto it. We were able to schedule the delivery and the delivery and assembly took less than half hour. The furniture looks beautiful and was just what we wanted for the right price! We highly recommend Bambi Baby!

GBBe Prepared to Wait - 17 weeks for order to arrive We ordered a crib, toddler gate, and nightstand in mid-April. Were told we would receive it in 10-12 weeks. It took over 17 weeks, which as a new parent, was extremely frustrating as it came 2 weeks after the baby was born. I called 3 times about it, and each time was assured the order was "on its way." The people on the phone were quite nice, but it should not have taken this long. Fairly disappointed after spending over $3k for high-quality materials; it should have been a better experience.

GBAbsolutely horrible customer service… Absolutely horrible customer service with zero compassion for the babies who use their products. Don’t buy from them! They don’t resolve their issues!

GBBeautiful Crib and Dressser I purchased a crib and dresser for my daughter for her 1st child. Both pieces were delivered on time and the delivery people were very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend Bambi Baby! The furniture is beautiful and very well made. Thank you again Bambi Baby for a great experience!
