They let us know what was going on… They let us know what was going on every step of the way while we were waiting on our furniture to arrive. The folks that scheduled the deliveries were very polite and professional. Scheduling the deliveries was easy and they showed up when they said they would. I would recommend them to everyone! Beautiful Crib and Dressser I purchased a crib and dresser for my daughter for her 1st child. Both pieces were delivered on time and the delivery people were very friendly and professional. Fantastic Experience I went in to day to ask questions about gliders, strollers and car seats. I chose to drive to their Paramus location because I follow the company on IG and that looked like the biggest store with the most options to try out and see how we liked them. I was amazed at how awesome the customer service was. We asked a lot of questions and the owner directed us to the right options for our lifestyle and needs. They also weren't pushy about insisting we buy today, they allowed us to take down production information so we can compare our options. It was a class in baby needs. We will definitely be purchasing from them and look forward to going back for the rest of our baby furniture needs.

Amazing!! I cannot say enough good things. After choosing a set that had been discontinued my heart was so heavy after searching everywhere local possible to get the nursery set. Bambi Baby was able to find all the pieces I wanted but 1. Everything arrived here in Louisville with 0 damage. Best customer service I've ever had!
